Official Rules — Website + Brand Package Giveaway

Sponsor: Howarth Tech Solutions LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("HTS" or "Sponsor").

This giveaway is sponsored solely by HTS. It is separate from, and not affiliated with, the Colorado Pizza Festival sweepstakes, which is operated by the festival organizers under their own official rules.

1. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

Open to independent contractors and to owners and authorized representatives of a small business, who are at least 18 years old and legal residents of the State of Colorado at the time of entry. Employees of HTS and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry period

Entries are accepted on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Mountain Time, at the HTS booth at the Colorado Pizza Festival (4th & Kimbark, Longmont, CO) or via the entry page linked from booth signage.

4. How to enter

Complete the entry form (name, email, business name, business website if any, and what your business needs). One entry per person; a repeat submission with the same email address updates the earlier entry rather than creating an additional one. Entries submitted by bots or automated means are void.

5. Winner selection and notification

Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the entry period closes. Winners will be notified at the email address provided and must respond within fourteen (14) days, or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prizes

Grand prize (2 awarded): a business website plus a logo and artwork package for web and social media, designed and built by HTS. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each grand prize: $3,500. Total ARV of both grand prizes: $7,000.
Every entrant receives a free written audit of their current website, delivered by email. ARV: $250 per entrant.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Privacy

Entry information is used to administer the giveaway and deliver the entrant site audit. Entrants who separately check the newsletter box also receive occasional HTS email updates and can unsubscribe at any time. Entry information is retained for up to six months after the festival and then deleted, except where the entrant has become an HTS client or remains a newsletter subscriber. 8. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or generated by automated means. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Official Rules — Pizza Cutter Skill Contest

Sponsor: Howarth Tech Solutions LLC ("HTS"). The Pizza Cutter contest is a skill contest: winners are determined solely by player performance, not by chance. It is separate from the HTS giveaway above and from the Colorado Pizza Festival sweepstakes, each of which has its own rules.

1. How to play

Free to play — no purchase, entry fee, or personal information required. Play in the browser at howarth.tech/game or on the tablets at the HTS booth. A game is three pizzas; the score is determined by how evenly each pizza is cut into eight slices and how quickly, exactly as itemized on the in-game score screen.

2. Contest period and location

Saturday, September 5, 2026, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Mountain Time. On festival day the leaderboard accepts scores only from devices at the Colorado Pizza Festival (4th & Kimbark, Longmont, CO), verified by an on-device location check.

3. Winners

Prizes are awarded for three two-hour blocks, which run 1:00–3:00 PM, 3:00–5:00 PM and 5:00–7:00 PM Mountain Time. The single highest final score posted within each block wins that block's prize — three prizes in total. A score counts toward the block it is received in. The game stays open until the festival closes, and later scores still appear in the day's standings, but no block prize is awarded after 7:00 PM. Each player is ranked once per block, by their best game in that block. Exact ties are resolved in this order: higher average accuracy, then lower total cutting time, then earliest submission. The booth leaderboard shows the current block's standings live and how long the block has left.

4. Prizes and claiming

Each block prize is a $50 gift card to a local pizzeria, announced at the booth. Winners must claim in person at the HTS booth before the festival closes at 10:00 PM on September 5, by presenting the score code (PIZZA-XXXX-XXXX) shown at the end of their game. A player may win at most one block prize; if the same player holds the top score in more than one block, the later block's prize passes to the next eligible score in that block. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited. Winners under 18 must claim with a parent or guardian present.

5. Fair play and leaderboard moderation

Scores are validated automatically against the game's physical limits, and one display name may be used by only one player per day. HTS may moderate display names and may remove or hide any score from the public leaderboard at its discretion, including scores it reasonably believes were produced by automation, tampering, or impersonation; staff or test entries; scores posted under an inappropriate display name; and scores affected by technical error. The same applies to player photos (§6): every photo is screened before display, and HTS may decline or remove any photo at its discretion. The booth display may also show house “pace-setter” scores under names such as Chef Bot. These are demonstration scores placed by HTS, not entries: they are excluded from player rankings and from the winning scores in §3, and they cannot win a prize. A score removed for cause is disqualified and ineligible for a prize. Sponsor's decisions are final.

6. Privacy and optional player photos

Playing requires no personal information. Posting to the leaderboard stores the display name you choose, your scores, and a pass/fail location verdict (never your coordinates). Optionally, after posting a score you may add a photo. Photos are screened before display and appear beside your name on the public leaderboards only while you hold a top-3 spot. Add a photo of yourself only, and only with the consent of anyone else in it; players under 18 should ask a parent or guardian before adding one. Uploaded photos are retained for moderation review and deleted on the same schedule as giveaway entries (§7 above), as are leaderboard entries.
